True, but the burden of proof is still on your side. Also, if you ask me, your "80 hour gameplay time" story seemed either BS or at least exaggerated. I'll be having much easier time trusting it if it were 40 something hours which is still a lot considering that you had so little time since you got the game and the guide was canned. Anyway, that's what I think, and if that's not true, then I'm sorry, man, but can't help.

BTW, I wan't trying to squeeze out a secret from you. I'm happy with the game as it is now and don't need any *extra features* to keep on playing it. May be after spending 80 hours like someone, I'll need some extra features.

Joe: Lisa is the only character that can buy the Venus. I kept a frequent eye on the suits available in the shop, and the first time I played through with Lisa, I think the Venus was only available on day 3 or 4. It showed up around the same time when I played through a second time, though since getting the Venus was my goal for that marathon gaming session, I didn't continue to see if it showed up again. The suit carries a $1,000,000 price tag.

If you're looking for strategies to get characters to accept the Venus as gifts, check http://www.gamefaqs.com/ There are a lot of thoughts along those lines out there, but I haven't tried any of them out myself yet.

Well, I got Tina to accept the Venus tonight, but she rejected that 2 strap swimsuit twice. :frowning: The really suprising thing is that she wore the Venus the next day, without me having to quit the vacation and "equip" it.

I started paying attention to the character's dispositions, and the matches are a heckuva lot easier if you pick a match where at least one character is unwilling. Just for kicks, I played against a confident Tina & Ayane. I got smoked - 0 to 7. I won't be doing that again. I think I'll also refrain from any more $1,000,000 bets at the roulette table.
