YES!

I haven't brewed any beer in a few months so I figured I'd brew up something this Sunday. I love dark beers so I'm thinking a stout or a bock. Anyone have any good recipies for such? I usually follow the recipies from a couple different books I have and don't tend to deviate from them as I'm not that advanced (read; I don't want to ruin 5 gallons of potential beer).

I cannot wait until 5:30 when I will be sitting in my favorite BIG chair at my favorite brewery, Steelhead. Where they do the work and I enjoy the fruits of their labor.
