Do the issues that might bother someone with DLP front projection apply to DLP RPTVs?

Rainbows, headaches, nausea, eye strain, and fatigue.

All possible issues to a limited amount of certain affected individuals when viewing DLP front projection systems.

Do these same issues appear to apply with the new DLP rear projection TVs? Or, are people not as susceptible due to the smaller screen size or other factors?

yes, they apply.

Many folks aren't even bothered by them and can't even see the effects. You'll have to check out the TVs yourself and see. I've been VERY impressed with Samsungs latest DLPs.
