I would think it depends partly on what you'll be doing. More stereo sources, or HT, or a lot of 5.1?

I have ML Aerius and Cinema, which probably are similar, but older, versions of what you're looking at. (I'm not sure, as I haven't shopped for speakers in years!) I have a couple of problems (see other thread) which bring me to a conclusion that for music, I'm better off sticking with stereo, but I really like the center for TV and DVD. The brighter highs make dialogue more understandable, for one thing.
