    Sony NSP900V
    Pioneer Elite DV-47A

I'm quite unsure which chip the Sony uses. The 9000es had the bug. I've heard they made changes.

The 47A I've heard does have it as most typical Pioneer DVD players do.

Just trying to help a friend and help myself for a future purchase.

Shane, from what I recall reading, both the 'NS900V and '47A show the chroma bug. However, I don't know if they are particularly bad offenders.

I have the Sony S9000ES which supposedly has the chroma-schroma bug.
Wouldn't it be nice if all our troubles were this trivial[IMG]
