DIY grill for my shiva? (1 Viewer)

Ive decided that my sealed shiva is going to need a grill, for asthetic/dust reasons, and am kinda unsure how to go about doing it. I already have the grill cloth, so I just need to make the frame and get some sockets/guides for it. Does anyone have any tips or pages that might be of use?

A simple/effective one is to make a driver cutout in a piece of an appropriate sized piece of 3/4" MDF or plywood, break (round over) the front edge, paint it with flat/matt black, or whatever is appropriate for the cloth. Or make it smaller overall and attach 1/4 round moulding. Stretch the **** out of the grill cloth over it and staple it to the backside.
BTW, I prefer to use Velcro to attach it.
