Does anyone know if this film is available on DVD, whatever region?

There are actually two versions I'm aware of:

Region 3 NTSC (Hong Kong) from Panorama. Just released on December 4th.

Region 2 NTSC (Japan) from Bandai (and considerably more expensive--as most Japanese discs are)

I'm waiting for a review of the R3 before I snatch it up (I love both Mabarosi and Afterlife)--if I know Gary Tooze, I would expect one soon from DVD Beaver.
