    Looks like Disney is still smarting from Pixar's "no cashing in on franchise with crappy sequels" policy. So they've decided to make their own "unusual family" CGI flick...

    I really should keep an open mind. At least it's not another bunch of wisecracking animals.

    Well, Jim Hill has reported that internally that there may be some problems with the film, and the Pixar folks were asked to look at it. Feedback was reportedly major changes to the 2nd act.

    Whether or not that will make a good film, we have yet to see. Course, Disney was able to retool "Kingdom In The Sun" to "The Emperor's New Groove" and make it a success, so there is still time before March 2007 to make this a good film.
