Disney - What's up with [i]Oliver & Company[/i]? (1 Viewer)

I understand that the Gold Collection DVDs of Oliver & Company and So Dear to my Heart were "indefinately delayed" from their orginal June 2001 release date.
One web site says it is due to "wait for a better release window".

I've had the laserdisc for 2 years now, gotten when Tower was blowing 'em all out for $10, and still haven't had time to watch it yet. I got this because at the time Disney wasn't really committed to putting out DVDs, so I didn't think it'd be out for a while. Now they've announced it and I still haven't watched the LD yet; that's why the DVD is being delayed- they're waiting for me to finally watch my LD just so I can say I've seen it before the DVD is out.
