Panned by critics, but adored by fans the 1995 comedy film "Houseguest" starring Phil Hartman and Sinbad is one of my most-anticipated DVD releases. Please release it next year!

1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen and 5.1 Dolby Digital....some extras would be nice too!

I'm shocked that this isn't on DVD. Phil Hartman was great in that film. Put me down for a copy.

This is a very enjoyable, family friendly film. Phil Hartman shines! I would certainly buy a copy!

I really want this too so please don't disappoint me with a barebones DVD. Please do not. Check out my thread on the Vista Series DVDs.

I picked this up last week when I saw it on the shelves. Love the movie and have already watched it three times since getting it. It's completely barebones, not even a trailer (which was a good one, from what I remember). But, it is at least 16 x 9 widescreen, with a decent Dolby 2.0 Surround track. Video quality is pretty good, not great, but I'm glad to finally own this movie on DVD, and in OAR!

I'd buy it but only if the movie is released on DVD in its OAR.
