Ok - so I'm hoping that someone has the same setup

Dish PVR510 and a Denon 1803... what code can I use to control the volume on my reciever!!!????

If you haven't found a code after all this time (in manual, by code search on your remote), then I think that is a clue that you should invest in a true universal remote .

Go over to www.remotecentral.com and look at the reviews; in particular I recommend the Home Theater Master line, MX-x00 series/URC-200, or the Harmony 676/680.

If you are willing to forgo properly labeled keys for special functions, the OneForAll remotes w/ JP1 capabilities are the best bet on the inexpensive side.
