There are a couple other threads on this. I guess the supplier couldn't keep quality up, so PE discontinued the model. I would assume since the sub was selling so well, that they are actively looking for another supplier to make something like the DLS 10 inch sub of the same quality for around the same price point, if possible.

I've one sitting in my basement now, nice little sub.
