Disappointment....sigh

    Got my Tempest today and as my luck would have it, the cone is jamed. I took a look at it and it dosent seem to be lined up properly with the motor assembly. Anyone else have any similar problems?

    I sent an email to the company i got it from ww.creativesound.ca and I'm waiting for a reply. They seem to have a good policy for returns and I would rather go through them IF possible due to the fact that they are located in canada and shipping is cheaper/quicker.
