Disable Scan Vel. modul. for Mits. 65903 (1 Viewer)

Every review I read from Home Theater Mag. and Sound and Vision they suggest disabling the scan velocity modulation.

What's the access code for disabling the SVM. I already know menu 2357 to access the service codes.

I'm guessing its in the video control area, so which number is it or letter code and what should it be set on to disable???

Also, what's the benefit to disabling SVM?????
