Directv Receiver with PVR (1 Viewer)

I am looking to shift from digital cable to Directv with a PVR to make full use of my Toshiba 50' high definition tv that was delivered last week. I would prefer a combo receiver but would like to make use of the DVI input of the tv. Are there any combo high definition Directv receivers with DVI output? I know that high definition PVR's are not yet available.

The final details of the HD DirecTiVo have not been released. The pictures of the model at CES had component out only. Since most of the new DirecTV HD receivers have DVI, everyone is sure that the HD DirecTiVo will have it also.
