Looking at Hitachi's website, I see that they have two lines of LCDs listed: the 50V500 / 60V500 and the "Director's Series" 50VX500 / 60VX500. The main difference seems to be that the "V" models have a native resolution of 1366x768 and the "VX" models have a native resolution equal to 720p (1280x720).
I've only seen the "V" models in stores. Has anyone actually seen one of these new "VX" models? Any word on how the PQ and cost compare to the "V"s?
