I've seen nothing by him, and have no burning desire to do so, though Dracula is on my to rent list.

Well, you may very well be right (although I still maintain that I LOVE great horror films and hate BAD horror films [IMG]), but as with all movies, I'll still watch this so I can judge for myself.

Trying to predict what I'll like or not (even for myself), is an iffy proposition at best. Half the films I think I'll like I end up not liking, and 5%-10% of the films I think I won't like, I end up liking.

Terence Fisher, one of the horror greats. I'm a huge fan of Hammer Horror and Fisher was the best, the only film on my list I don't have is The Earth Dies Screaming, which was absolutely awful.
I first saw The Devil Rides Out at a cinema on a double bill with To the Devil a Daughter in the 70's, I loved it, and it remains my favorite Hammer film.[IMG]
