Make Way For Tomorrow & Bigger Than Life are the two other Hollywood films on that list that I could never track down, which kinda surprised me. I used to check on the TCM schedule from time to time but - no luck.

Can't help you on Make Way For Tomorrow which I'd love to see too. Heard some great things about it. I have a VHS of Bigger Than Life that someone sent me which of course I've never gotten around to watching. I think it gets shown occasionally on Fox Movie Channel if you get that.

I love Lubitsch's sensibility, sort of like the filmic equivalent of a Cole Porter song: elegant, sophisticated, and witty. Needless to say, I want to see as many of his films as possible.

Lubitsch is one of the cinema's supreme stylists and I would love to be able to watch every one of his films someday. I do need to pick up a few more that are available on DVD: THE MARRIAGE CIRCLE (1924), LADY WINDERMERE'S FAN (1925), ETERNAL LOVE (1929), the upcoming NINOTCHKA, THAT UNCERTAIN FEELING, TO BE OR NOT TO BE and HEAVEN CAN WAIT. I hope that Universal or, better still, Criterion will release lots more of his delightful work in future...
