I found this cool link in one of the magazines I was reading today at the store. You basically put in your address and it will tell you what HDTV stations you can get and what kind of antenna to buy.
Here's my link
http://www.antennaweb.org/scripts/es...No&Cmd=Geocode
My question is this: I want to receive the stations marked in RED. It looks like there are a few of them in DTV. But...some signals seem to come from one way, and some seem to come from the other way. Yet, the site is recomending that I get a Medium Directional Antenna. That doesn't seem to make sense.
Can anyone help me understand why I'd want a Directional and not a Multi-directional antenna?
Thanks, Aaron

From what I've heard, the multidirectional antennae aren't very good. A directional antenna does a much better job of receiving signals. Buy a directional antenna with a rotor and you'll be set. You also might need an amplifier depending on how far you are from the towers.
