mean. I hope it doesn't mean that the new decoders will only have DVI outputs.
The cable companies are certainly capable of offering an HDTV package for extra cost via DVI/DHCP and also offering the same digital channels via S-video after their analog simulcasts go away. (S-video has much less resolution then the proposed downrezzing of HDTV outside the DHCP realm)
