Holy Schmit. Promo code works on Judy as well for $7.50 (in 4K and just a few minutes from release day) try and beat that, iTunes!

Ack, scratch that! Judy is from Lionsgate, which is not Movies Anywhere. I don't need it to be stranded at FandangoNow even at that bargain price. But good deal for the titles that ARE Movies Anywhere.

Grabbed The Farewell and A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood since I didn't get a chance to see them in theaters.

The Farewell is an A24 title, so unfortunately I have to watch it via the FandangoNOW app on my LG OLED TV. But for $7.50, it's cheaper than a movie ticket and better quality. So even if FandangoNOW goes under, I'll have gotten my money's worth out of it.

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood should hopefully transfer via MA once the preorder period ends.

Knives Out is also Lionsgate, so you guys should be forewarned that it will not import into Movies Anywhere.

Thanks, @Sam Posten . I picked up Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (was going to rent it from Amazon while awaiting a price drop, but saved my digital credits for something else) and pre-ordered Joker.

Yeah sorry I didn’t check on the others. Catch 22 is also probably not going to go MA as it’s TV and they are willfully fucking stupid about TV not being supported at MA

Anyway I just got an email from FN offering a free movie from a list of about 8 if you purchase Judy through the link in the email.

I have Apple TV and there’s no FN app for some reason.
My old tv has the FN app but then I’d have to try and figure out how to reconnect the ARC out thing and I don’t feel like doing that.

I can stream from Chromecast and AirPlay but it only sends out a stereo signal.

Might have to consider refunds on these.

Streaming is likely to just get more fragmented. Your other option would be to add a Roku.

@Ronald Epstein , some of the James Bond 4K bundles appear to be on sale again on iTunes. Cheap charts shows the Connery, Dalton and Brosnan bundles on sale. I cannot see the sale price, as it just displays “purchased” for me.

I remove purchased from movies sometimes so I can see the price. Then put it back.
