The worst digipak that I think I have in my collection is "The Eyes of Stanley Pain" by Download. It doesn't even have a disc tray (only a slot in the cardboard) and the cardboard itself is about three times thinner than the regular cardboard used on digipaks in general. I am pretty anal when it comes to my CD collection, but there's no saving this one at all. It just looks awful.

It kind of reminds me of a discussion on the Software forum a while back about buying reissues of snapper case films in keepcases. This disc, and a few others, are ones I would readily rebuy if they were reissued in jewel cases, just to avoid the evils of the extremely subpar digipaks.

Also, some are slightly taller than jewel-cases and won't fit on shelves in many CD racks that are made for jewel cases.
OK, now that does bother me. My CD rack shelves are only tall enough to fit standard sized CDs, so I have a bunch of oddly packaged discs, including taller digipacks, on top.
