Differences between Animatrix R1 and R2 ? (1 Viewer)

Im thinking about pre-ordering the Animatrix R2 for 12 pounds of Cd-wow, but are there any differences between these two ?

I believe the main content is the same, don't know about any extras however.

Warner discs are pretty much the same in R1 and R2 - the only real differences being dropped commentaries if the film has been edited for BBFC requirements (which off the top of my head is something the R2 Matrix suffers from).

I expect the two discs to be the same. However, while I normally don't see much difference between PAL and NTSC transfers, animation always looks better in PAL format to my eyes. But just to balance things up, the PAL transfer will suffer from PAL speedup (something I don't notice at all).

Base you purchasing decision on the cost, how well your system displays PAL and NTSC discs and if you are sensitive to PAL speedup or not.
