Difference between Velodyne HGS-I and HGS-II? (1 Viewer)

The things that added up to the series II

Changes to the physical layout of the electronics.
Driver cone material.

I was told by Velodyne that if you own a HGS series I subwoofer and are experiencing no noise problems stepping up to a series II will offer no performance benefits at all.
