Count me as one who can't get to the site either.

Tried 2 times so far today, and the VeriSign page comes up, saying that no such site exists (or something like that) and then lists other sites that have similar spellings.

Good site too.

Hopefully it's not gone for good, went to every day.

A WhoIS search indicates that the domain expired on 9/18/2003. The last record update was on 9/20 - which is probably when the domain went offline.

Those who are still able to reach the site are probably coming from an area where the expiration hasn't propagated... it takes 3 days or so for domain changes to propagete around the internet.

Either that, or the site is cached at their ISPs.

Whois.sc says the domain will expire Oct. 16, 2003. I don't think the domain has expired. I think the webserver is just down. The domain is still registered to Patrick Mirza. The I.P. is not reachable. If the domain name was the problem, then it wouldn't propegate to an IP. If it expired, then it has been renewed.

Several other WhoIs services, incuding his own registrar (names4ever) and Network Solutions list it as expired.

I would tend to believe the data from the registrar of the domain.

Of course, the site could be down, as well...

They seem to be "back but not quite" to me.

I can acces the site with Safari under MacOS 10.2.6, but the Explorer under MacOS 9.2.2 still takes me to that VeriSign site.
