Getting so used to DVDs that don't have them that I never know if mine is missing one or if it was never meant to have one.

Actually my Ginger Snaps 2 did not have one either...

Where these 2 supposed to have an insert?

Don't know...but when is that Passion SE coming out? I told my father not to pick up the current one since I read that there's supposed to be an SE soon...

Yes, the DVD is supposed to have a very nice full-color folded program. When you open it up, you find the chapter listing, but like the DVD menu, there are no "titles" for the chapters, just a visual picture of the action of the scene in question. Very nice. There is also a small little insert advertising the CD and book and what not.

There were rumours of an SE, but I haven't heard anything in while. April and Easter are coming up quick, that's when I would assume we would see an SE. If not this coming April, maybe next.

Yea, the info about the insert is correct. The chapter selection is done to the effect on the DVD, with only static pictures depicting various scenes from the film. It's effective to say the least, but the overall disc is an underwhelming effort from Fox, considering the massive success the film was. An SE is almost guarnteed and has been rumored, and I would expect something around the time Easter rolls around, or after the Oscar are announced since the film is almost certain to land a few Nominations. Either way, its months away.

interesting. Glad to hear I did not get gipped, or rather that all Canadians got shafted alike.

I beg to differ but due to the request of Gibson; the DVD was to be released with no extras whatsoever aka: Superbit style.

Keeping that in mind the Passion DVD looked and sounded great. It is a fine DVD as far as Im concerned.
