I think I did, I went into the local Radio Shack to pick up some cheap banana plugs and I picked up the wrong ones. Stupid mistake I know.:b Here is what I bought:

Are these worth keeping or should I bite the bullet and go pay some more money for something a little better such as the Acoustic Research AP307?
    thanks!

james, undoubtably you'll get varied responses

    to this question.

So you really have to ask yourself WHY you got these

plugs. Convienince? do you MOVE your speakers alot?

did you NOT want bare wire? Do you THINK they will

    make everything SOUND better?

If you answered anything about improving the sound

quality, you are a tweeker my friend. so you might

as well get the best banana plugs you can.

your ears MAY thank you, and your wallent certinly won't.

I myself have the Acoustic Reasearch you mentioned.

good luck in what you decide.

If you haven't opened them, I'd suggest taking them back. If you want to stick with RS, get something from their Gold Series - much better construction, in fact it might even be good enough for your tweaker side, if you have one [IMG]
