Did I get a AIW Radeon with a PAL TV Tuner? (1 Viewer)

Yeah, so I bought an AIW Radeon 8500dv off ebay for $25, bare card only. And I get it and the TV Tuner connection looks different. Is this a PAL connection or what? I'm not going to be using the TV anyway but just want to express my disapproval to the seller if I got screwed that way.

EDIT: After doing more research I found that the TV Tuner chip on the back of the card is also different from an NTSC card. Ah well...

Yes, that is a PAL tuner input connection and the card isn't likely to record NTSC television. You might want to research the card since sometimes the line inputs can be made to work with other systems. (sourced from a VCR or cable box, etc)
