Hi I just received my new program that converts DVD into 3-D called 3D plus from Edimensional. I installed the program and got it to work but noticed it was running slow so I wanted to check the resolution (it said to hit esc key) I did that then the computer froze up so I turned the computer off.
when I booted back up the DVD rom didnt work, kept saying no disc in e drive, so I uninstalled the Power DVD program and reinstalled no luck same thing I think when I shut down I fried something in the DVD rom?? :b

you probably hosed the DVD-ROM driver

Go into device manager, remove the DVD-ROM drive and reboot
