Did Christopher Nolan write Insomia? (1 Viewer)

I know christopher Nolan directed the movie, but did he actually write it? I love his earlier work in Memento and Following mainly because of Nolan's excellent scripts, and I was wondering if I should expect the same from this one.

The Cristopher Nolan movie called Insomnia is a remake of a terrific 1997 Swedish film of the same name. It was written by Nikolaj Frobenius and Erik Skjoldbjærg. The 2002 version was adapted by Hillary Seitz. Please do yourself a favour and watch the original.

I really wish studios would stop remaking perfectly good films.

I love his earlier work in Memento and Following

I agree, those are both excellent films. I strongly feel that Cristopher Nolan and Darren Aronofsky have the most potential to become truly great filmmakers.
