Hello.
I sent a message to diabolik, but I thought to ask here too, in case anyone knows, until they answer, because I want to buy a limited edition, and I don't know for how long it will still be there.
So, I'm trying to pay with my VISA card, but I can't because it says:
"There was an error processing your payment. Reason: Card Not Activated"
I don't have any problem with this card in any other site.
Does anyone know how can I resolve this?

You could call the phone # on the back of the credit card, but I'm not sure that will accomplish anything. I process credit cards and have never heard of that. Cards are either approved or declined. So, it sounds to me like a problem with their processing portal. My suggestion is to try a different card. Anyone you know who has a card you can use to try, and pay them back. If you try another card and the same thing happens, then something is messed up with their processing portal.

Yeah, I could, but my other card (which is linked to paypal by the way - so I could use that way of paying too) hasn't got enough money to buy the blu-ray.
I could wait until the 26th when I'm getting paid, but I'm just afraid, because it's a limited edition of X copies, it won't be there then.

Maybe try linking the "not activated" card to your Paypal account, then use it via Paypal to make the purchase?

Well, it seems something's wrong with my card.
I just tried to make a purchase at ebay, and again I couldn't.
It said: "Your payment didn't go through. Please check the payment info you entered or select a different payment method."

So, I guess there's something wrong.
Pity, I see I can call on the card's telephone from Monday.
Until then, both the diabolik blu-ray and the ebay blu-ray might be gone for good! :(

Ok, I phoned to my card (it's 4 a.m. here and I was surprised they're working), and it seems my card was blocked for some reason.
Now they unblocked it, and my ebay payment got through. I'll try at diabolik now.

well, my diabolik payment doesn't go through.
Again, same message.
So, it's a problem with the specific site. (I guess my card was blocked beforehand because I tried 3 times to pay).
They told me to call on Monday to tell me more.. Oh well... :(

It’s not remotely unusual for a card to be locked due to suspicious activity. They typically contact you immediately by email. The “Not Activated” thing is odd.

I talked with a couple of bank people, and they said to use other means of paying.
(as if I wouldn't use that if I could!)
Apparently the bank is not blocking the transaction. The site is blocking it.. I don't know..
They said, there's not anything they can do.
So, I have to wait till the 26th when I'm getting paid, to use my other card and paypal which is linked with that.

Hey! I had a similar issue once, sometimes the bank flags online payments for security reasons, even if the card works elsewhere. I'd recommend calling your bank to check if the card is activated for online or international purchases. Also, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser/device just in case. Hopefully, that helps!

I called my bank and they said they are not blocking the transaction, and that the problem is on the site's end.
The site (diabolik) says the problem is on the bank's end. I don't know now what to believe.
I have used this card in online and international purchases (eg. ebay).
Anyway, fortunately, I got paid yesterday and I used paypal which is linked to another card, and all got well.
Thanks for your reply.

It's almost certainly diabolik causing the problem. At least, their shopping cart or payment portal.
