Dexter Seasons 2 & 3 on BD....When? (1 Viewer)

I bought Showtime's Dexter Season One on Blu-ray and am loving it. I see that Amazon has a "be notified when Dexter Season Three BD is available" blurb, but I cannot find any word on Season Two BD release - not even on Showtime's site. Does anyone have any info on this series or will chaos reign supreme regarding Dexter (as well as The Sopranos, Deadwood, etc.)

I would imagine Showtime will release Season 2 reasonably soon. They released the first three seasons of 'Weeds' in pretty quick time, so hopefully it will be the same with 'Dexter'.

i'm gonna guess it depends entirely on the sales. Weeds had a low price, probably sold well.

Well, soon I hope. According to Amazon Season 3 is in the works for BD but nary a mention of Season 2 and I refuse to double dip by buying the SD DVD's no matter how impatient I become.

I would assume that S3 will be out in 6 or 7 months before next season starts.
