    I thought every day life was already an indicator on peoples' stupidity levels.

    seems like a digital test to me. if you buy said device you are below average intellect, if you don't, you are not a complete idiot.

    This reminds me of my long dead ancestors in East Texas that used dowsing (water witching) to determine where to dig for a water well. There would always be an ‘expert’ water witcher they would bring in before digging a well that would have a 100% success rate in finding a well site that won’t dry up.

    What they didn’t say is that you can dig a hole anywhere in East Texas and it will stay filled with water forever.
