    ...vented and passive radiator enclosures.
I've been toying with the idea of building a very small passive radiator enclosure, but many drivers suitable for such use (Peerless XLS series, Stryke HE-15, etc) have T/S parameters that require an extreme EBS alignment to achieve reasonable LF extension. I'd like to fix this by designing an active filter to counter the inherent poles of the system with additional zeroes, and then substitute in a few poles of my own choosing (like a Linkwitz transform circuit, but for a fourth order box) to achieve a more desireable frequency response.
So... anyone know how to determine (either from computer simulations or actual measured data) the location of s-plane poles for either vented or PR boxes? Thanks for any help,

Isaac, nice web site. Keep us posted on your developing subwoofer and crossover simulators.

Glad to help out Mark [IMG]
Thanks Hank, we do what we can for the DIY community [IMG] I've just uploaded a slightly updated file. All box types, except the complex closed box model, are now enabled and so far no corrections have been presented yet by anyone/myself. More features to come...
