Welp, since posting in this topic I have had intermittent email notices for topics I’ve Watched and posted to.

I checked to make sure I have persistent checked to On and email notices for all posts to topic checked.

@Dave Upton s suggestion that I follow Mike failed to do anything. I still don't get a notification of a new thread with his Weekly Roundup.
