I have a few questions about designing my ported shiva sonotube with LspCad:

    1. What does Ql and Qa under "Box" mean?

    2. Under measurement setup, what do I put for source resistance? My dual coils will be in parellel, do i put 4ohms?

    3. How large should my ports be? I want them to be tuned at 22hz? (No flares)

    4. What should the cone excursion graph look like? I get 25mm p-p at 20hz, is that good?

    5. How do I get my group delay down? I want it at about 20-25ms @ 20hz.

    6. My SPL in room drops heavily at 70-80hz. How do I improve on this?

Admin note: I changed the heading from "LsdCad" to "LspCad" because I didn't want anyone to think we use Lsd when designing speakers and subwoofers. [IMG]
