Describe the sound of Sherbourn amps... (1 Viewer)

I currently own a Sherbourn 7/2100, and would describe it as neutral in sound. I honestly can't tell the difference between it and the Acurus 5 x 125 I used to own sound wise. Hope this is the kind of opinion you were looking for. I have not noticed any hum with the amp either.

...yes, that was the kind of opinion I was looking for over a year ago; at this point, I am very pleased with my current set-up, although Sherbourn always was in the top five of my final list.

The problem was the lack of being able to audition a Sherbourn from where I was at, and never having heard one; and when you are hanging on to your current system (with speakers no longer in production), you are going to have to either get lucky, or at best, get a lot of opinions from current users.
