Denon DVD-900 (1 Viewer)

Its $299 at Crutchfield. I've been waiting for a sub $300 progressive scan player from Denon, and atlast it is here. Now my concerns are thus:
1. any advantage to buying one of these instead of a $200 Sony DVP-NS715 or comparable?
2. I keep hearing about the Faroudja DCDi de-interlacer which this player has. any advantages?
3. does this machine have the chroma bug? how to find out?

This player has not gotten very good early reviews. It does not have the chroma bug and the Sage/Faroudja deinterlaceris a great chip, but you can get it in the Panasonic RP82 for $200 and have DVD-A too. Check out the comments on the 900 here: DVD-900 Discussion
