Denon AVR-3802 - Lost sound in left channels (1 Viewer)

I came home this evening to a surround sound missing sound from the front left, rear left, and sub. They are silent.

I ran the test tone on the receiver and all five sound fine.

Even more strange, I played a CD, and all five sound fine.

So, it seems I am missing the left channels when the receiver is in "TV/DBS" mode. What could be causing this?

My wife, who was home all day, insists she touched nothing...

Update:

Very strange. Only channel 2 (CBS) is affected. All of the other channels are stereo.

I guess that means the problem isn't at my end.
