Denon 4802R or 3805 (1 Viewer)

Looking for comments on Denon's 4802R and 3805.. Our local B&M is closing out the 4802R for $999.99 Curious on which unit everyone prefers.

Keith...the 4802 was highly regarded. It's pretty long in the tooth right now, but for sound quality, I'd pick it over the 3805.

If you're planning on a 6.1 or 7.1 system, then I'd seriously consider the 3805....all the current "bells & whistles" and Dolby Pro Logic IIx.
