I have narrowed my choice to these three receivers. Perhaps this has been discussed before but how do others feel regarding the following:
    a) is the 4802 "worth" approx. $1,000 more than the 3802?
    b) how "valuable/important" might these features of the Sherwood be (which is priced online somewhat lower than the 4802--aprox. $200) 24/192 DAC all channels and the ability to upconvert all PCM to 192KZ?
Thanks for any info. on these questions and any further comments on the various pros/cons of the 3.

I had two online sources for Sherwood, can't find one of the url's but here is one anyway:
    Dynamic Sound Systems: www.surroundsolutions.com
I will keep looking for the other url and post as soon as I can determine where I stored it.

    Jim,
Thanks for the info. Have you considered the Newcastle R-863? It seems to be more comparable to the Denon 3802. It seems to have most of the features of the R-963 except for the touchscreen remote.
