Denon 3802 Pro Logic II -sound from rear surrounds? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

I've got a Denon 3802 with a 7.1 speaker set-up, and when I listen to sources in DPL II I get sound comming from the rear surrounds. Should there be sound comming from them? I thought I was only supposed to get 5.1 from DPL II.

You have a choice: you can turn the SB speakers on or off from the remote (using the 6.1/7.1 button).

I you choose to turn the SB speakers on, then the sound from the surround speakers is duplicated (not matrixed) for DPL II.
