I was just curious if there is a way to disable the global setting on DPL II? It isn't a big deal, but it would be nice to keep in on Cinema for DSS and Music for DVD.
Thanks,
Dan

Dan,
It should remember individual settings for each source...
Mine stays DPL2 Cinema for TV, and DPL2 Music for DVD...
Im not sure what's going on...

Ryan: Are you sure??? My 3802 won't... It will stay in Pro Logic II mode but what ever the last setting was for whatever source I was using is the setting for any other Pro Logic II source.

Just spoke with Denon tech support. They told me that their Personal Memory Plus used in their receivers is unable to differentiate between PL2 Music and PL2 Cinema. The tech said that to the receiver its Dolby Pro Logic. Thus any change to the parameters (Music or Cinema) will be reflected in any input that uses PL2. So it is not possible to keep different settings for different inputs.
