denon 3802 authorized reseller price (1 Viewer)

What are people paying for this from an authorized retailer? I've heard that denon doesn't like to honor warranties on units purchased from those e-tailers.
I got a price quote of $979 from hometheaterstore.com in dallas. Looking for a local store that is closer to $800 that I can buy one from amdv.com etc.

I hear people are getting a good price at 6ave.com and am told they are an authorized retailer. It's $1100 and change on their site but have heard of people getting it there for about $800. Don't know how though try a search for past posts on it or maybe someone who knows the deal will chime in.
