Denon 2900 issue (1 Viewer)

I recently purchased a Denon 2900 DVD player. I have been very happy with it, except that there does not appear to be a screen saver function, you know, like when you pause it or it comes to the end of the disc and goes back to the menu. Have I not read my manual thourghly enough, is there some menu item I missed? It seems like a player like this would have a screen saver, all my other players do.

There isn't a screen saver on that model.

That's correct,however you can press stop,and the player will show either a blue or black screen to prevent burn in.
The player will resume playback from the same point if pressed play again.
