Denon-2803 vs. HK 325 vs. Pioneer Elite 43TX (1 Viewer)

Which receiver is the best (Denon-2803 vs. HK 325 vs. Pioneer Elite 43TX)? All around $700-800. Would be coupled with some ELT speakers.

I have the same question. I have been checking out the Denon 2803 and 3803 to go along with either the klipsch reference series or possibly the boston vr1(have not heard these yet). I recently stumbled across the Pioneer Elite vsx 45tx and have been impressed with the reviews and have heard the receiver on some high end speakers. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For the price I like the HK325 the best and then Denon behind that. I'm not a huge fan of the Pioneer's but to each his own.
