This will be the last time i ask help with my set-up questions with my new Denon 1803.....If they had a proper instrucion manual that told me these things i wouldnt have to post.

All you guys explain it better anyway,

    My question is-

    There is a setting called

"Setting the Ext. In SW Level".

It goes to say, SET THE METHOD OF PLAYBACK OF THE ANALOG INPUT SIGNAL CONNCTED TO THE EXT.IN TERMINAL'

    CHOICES ARE - +00, +05, +10, +15 (initial)

*What the hell does this do and what should i set it at for my sub-woofer???? What will setting it at +00 as appose to +15 do? more Bass?

    Thanks in advance

Are you planning on using some form of external processing?

If not then don't even worry about it.

If it's any consolation, Denon has said it is updating, correcting, and rewriting its badly done owners' manuals.
