I have a Dell Dimension 8200 series computer and I've heard some negative things about their service, but yesterday, after my 19 inch flat screen monitor started acting up, I called their service department. After just a couple of questions, the Dell service guy said he'd ship out a new monitor asap. He wasn't kidding. It arrived today all the way from Ohio to my California doorstep. Now, that's fast.

Yeah, Dell is pretty good.
My video card got damaged one time. I called them up and they had a service guy here within 2 days with another video card and replaced it in like 5 minutes.
