did you ever fix this? Just curious because I'm thinking of getting one and this concerns me...

I've got the DJ and It works flawlessly. Listening to it now. I have the 20G version and I have 44 full albums so far on it, 587 tracks recorded at 128 and it takes up around 1.2G of space. Trying to decide if I should record at a higher bitrate to see if it could sound a little better.

SarahG...I couldnt fix it so DELL sent me a brand new unit right away (I recived 2 days after I called)...Works perfectly....I love it...you cant go wrong
