James, why not consider the antenna extension cable? This way, you could mount the antenna on the window sill and still have your SkyFi wherever you want. I think the antenna extension cable is about 50 ft. long.

Joey, I work in cubeland and there is a walkway between the window and where my desk is. Running a cable up to the window isn't feasible where I'm at right now.

James,

Does your office have suspended floors? If so just lift up
the flooring when the boss isn't looking and run it under
the floor. No one but the I.T Guys will know what it is :)

Heh Not that I speak from experiance or anything....

Bret, I believe it is suspended but it is also carpeted. I could imagine the look on everyones face of me pulling all that crap up to run a cable.:)

So far its sounds pretty good at home. I had to stop by Radio Shack and pick up a six foot gold series cable. The one meter cable supplied just isn't long enough. The only problem now is that the Radio Shack cable has a right angle stereo plug which gets in the way of the other connectors and keeps the Delphi base from sitting flat on a surface.

Wow, that Cinemagic channel is awesome. I haven't heard the Conan soundtrack in a long time. I'm hooked. :emoji_thumbsup:

I'm curious as to long it will be before we start seeing XM tuners built into home a/v receivers.

James,

As long as the CEO doesn't catch ya.. Ahh who cares :) I
ran 20' of cable under the floor for my boombox speakers!

Then again, I work in a locked down DataCenter which has
the smooth dropped floors. And when people saw me with the
floor up, I think they just assumed I was pulling network
cable or fiber :D

Ohhh lord do I love XM.... It's the best thing since sliced
bread folks! I spent the weekend listening to 80's Decades
and I heard SO MANY songs I had forgotten about!

I pray XM doesn't go the way of Cable TV... Because it's too
good to be true!
